What's changing?
Our prior servicing center, which was operated by a third-party partner, Servbank, N.A., collected your payments on behalf of NOVA Home Loans through June 1. Effective June 2, the servicing of your loan transfers to the new NOVA Home Loans servicing center, which will begin collecting your monthly payments and otherwise supporting your loan.
A few things will change, and we're eager eager to help with a smooth transition. Here's a summary of what will and will not change when the servicing of your loan transfers.
The terms and conditions of your loan will NOT change, including your interest rate and loan term.
Your loan number will NOT change.
Automatic payments set up with Servbank will NOT change. These payment settings will transfer to our new servicing center. Please note, some June payments may occur later than normal. Click here for details.
