UPDATE: As of April 3, the transfer of your loan to FirstBank's new servicing center is complete! Set up your new online account today via our website or app, and contact our Customer Care team at 855.704.3830 or via email anytime you need support with your loan.

What's changing?

Our prior servicing center, which was operated by a third-party partner, Servbank, N.A., collected your payments on behalf of NOVA Home Loans until May 31. Effective June 1, the servicing of your loan transferred to the new NOVA Home Loans servicing center, which will collect your loan payments and otherwise support your loan moving forward.

We're eager eager to help with a smooth transition. Here's a summary of what is and is not changing.

The terms and conditions of your loan will NOT change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Your loan number will NOT change.

Automatic payments set up with Servbank will NOT change. Your payment settings will transfer to our new servicing center. Some June payments may occur later than normal. Click here for details.

Avenues to manage your loan, make payments, and get support WILL change — for the better! Look for an email from us by June 4 with helpful information.

What do you need to do?

Before JUNE 1: 
  • If you have automatic payments set up with Servbank, they will continue with our new servicing center. Click here for important information, including the timing of June automatic payments.
  • Understand that the prior servicing center operated by Servbank may no longer be able to accept electronic payments scheduled to draft after May 29th. See details here.
After JUNE 1:
  • Begin using our convenient new payment options.
  • If you make loan payments through a third-party bill pay service (such as your bank or credit union), be sure to update your payment settings with our new payments address:
