What's changing?

Servion, Inc., has been servicing your loan on behalf of OnTap Credit Union. Effective August 1, the servicing of your loan will transfer to OnTap Credit Union's servicing center powered by Cornerstone Servicing.

This means Servion, Inc., will collect your mortgage payments through July 31. After August  1st, OnTap Credit Union's servicing center powered by Cornerstone Servicing will begin collecting your payments and providing support for your loan. We can't wait to serve you!

Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Avenues to manage your mortgage, make payments, and get support will change — for the better! Your loan number will also change. 

IMPORTANT: If you had automatic payments set up with Servion, Inc., you will need to re-enroll with our new servicing center beginning August 4. Click here for information.

Please look for an email from us the week of July 28 with information you will need when your loan transfers. In addition, we'll mail you a welcome letter after August 1 with your new loan number and other details.

  • Online via our website or app beginning August 4

  • Automatic payments (recurring monthly or biweekly ACH drafts).

    IMPORTANT: If you had automatic payments set up with Servion, Inc., you will need to re-enroll with our new servicing center beginning August 4. Click here for information.

  • By phone at 866-312-0272 beginning August 4

  • Mail a check or via a third-party bill pay service (such as your bank):

FAQs: Payments

What do you need to do?

Before August 1: 
  • Avoid scheduling one-time payments to draft after July 31, 2025, with the servicing center operated by Servion, Inc. These payments will not post to your loan, and if applicable, the funds will be returned to you. Beginning August 4, You can make or schedule one-time payments with our new servicing center online or by phone. Please see details here.
  • If you have automatic payments set up with the servicing center operated by Servion, Inc., understand that these payment settings will not transfer to OnTap Credit Union's new servicing center.
    • Beginning August 4, you can re-enroll for automatic payments, including monthly Autopay or biweekly Budget Drafts. Click here for details.
    • Until you are re-enrolled for automatic payments, be sure to make one-time payments online, by phone, or by mail to our new payments address. For details, see Ways to Pay.
After August 1:
  • Anytime you have questions or need support with your loan, contact OnTap's new servicing center powered by Cornerstone Servicing at 866-312-0272 or email us. By August 4, our team members will have full access to assist with your loan, accept payments by phone, and more.
  • Begin making payments to our new servicing center. We offer a variety of convenient payment options, including automatic payments.
  • Beginning August 4, set up your new online account and verify your communication preferences.
  • If you make mortgage payments through a 3rd-party bill pay service, be sure to update your payment settings to the following address effective August 1:
