What's changing?

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI) has been subservicing your loan under a contractual agreement with First Home Mortgage. Effective June 1, the servicing of your loan will transfer to First Home's new servicing center.

This means DMI will collect your mortgage payments on behalf of First Home until June 1st. After June 1st, First Home's new servicing center will begin collecting your payments and otherwise supporting your loan. We can't wait to serve you!

Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with DMI are transferring to our new servicing center. Automatic payments on a biweekly, weekly, or any other basis will not transfer. Click here for details.

Avenues to manage your loan, make payments, and get support will change — for the better! After June 1st, we'll mail you a letter with detailed information, including your new loan number.

What do you need to do?

Before June 1: 
  • If you set up automatic payments through DMI, click here for an important notice.
  • Understand that the prior servicing center operated by DMI will no longer accept electronic (ACH draft) payments from you after May 26. See details here.
After June 1:
  • Begin using our easy and convenient payment options.
  • Beginning June 5, set up your new online account and contact our new Customer Service center at 855.704.3830 or via email when you need support with your loan.
  • If you make your monthly payments through a 3rd-party bill pay service, update your payment settings to:
