Effective July 1, your loan transferred to First Home's new servicing center!

You've gained top-notch support from people who care along with new services and tools designed to help simplify homeownership. Explore what's changing below, and browse our FAQs for details.

What's changing?

Prior to July 1, 2024, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI) was subservicing your loan under a contractual agreement with First Home Mortgage. Beginning July 1, the servicing of your loan transferred to First Home's new servicing center.

This means DMI collected your mortgage payments on behalf of First Home through June 30. Beginning July 1, First Home's new servicing center began collecting your payments and assisting you with your loan. 

Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with our prior servicing center did transfer to our new servicing center. Automatic payments on a biweekly or other basis did not transfer. Click here for details.

Avenues to manage your mortgage, make payments, and get support have changed — for the better! We'll mail you a letter with details, including your new loan number, after your transfer date.

What do you need to do?

Before July 1: 
  • If you have automatic payments set up with the servicing center operated by DMI, click here for an important notice.
  • Understand that the last day to make or schedule ACH draft payments to our prior servicing center is June 27. See details here.
After July 1:
  • Anytime you have questions or need support with your loan, contact our new servicing center at 855.704.3830 or email us
  • Begin using our easy and convenient payment options.
  • Beginning July 5, set up your new online account.
  • If you make mortgage payments through a 3rd-party bill pay service, update your payment settings to:

Who to Contact
