On February 4, NewDay USA's new servicing center will begin collecting your payments and assisting you with your loan. We are honored to serve you! Explore what's changing below, and browse our FAQs for answers to a variety of questions you may have.
Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.
Your loan number will not change; you can continue using the same loan number after your loan transfers to our new servicing center.

What do you need to do?
Before February 4:
- IMPORTANT: If you have automatic payments set up with our prior servicing center, click here for an important notice.
- Understand that our prior servicing center may not be able to receive a one-time or recurring ACH draft payment from you after February 3. Please see details here.
After February 4:
- Anytime you have questions or need support with your loan, contact NewDay USA's new servicing center at 866.760.3703 or email us.
- Begin making payments to our new servicing center. We offer a variety of convenient payment options.
- If your loan is set up for monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts), your February payment might draft later than normal. Please click here for details.
- Beginning February 6, set up your new online account and verify your communication preferences.
- If you make mortgage payments through a 3rd-party bill pay service, be sure to update your payment settings to the following address effective February 4:
