What's changing?

On November 1, the new Roscoe Bank servicing center will begin collecting your payments and assist you with your loan moving forward. We are excited to serve you!

Rest assured, the terms of your loan will not change, including your interest rate and loan term.

Monthly automatic payments (recurring ACH drafts) set up with our prior servicing center will transfer to our new servicing center. Click here for details.

Avenues to manage your mortgage, make payments, and get support are changing — for the better! You'll still be able to make payments in person at one of our branch locations, or choose from our new, convenient payment options listed below. We have mailed you a letter with details, including your new loan number, after your transfer date.
